What owners ask us first.

Do guests need to download anything?

No. They use WhatsApp, which they already have. Scanning the QR at your door opens a chat with your restaurant, and everything happens there.

What if a guest doesn't use WhatsApp?

Add them from the host board as a walk-in, with a name and party size. They wait in the same line, in the same order, as everyone else.

What do I need to get started?

A WhatsApp Business number for your restaurant, your menu, and a tablet or phone at the host stand. We set up the rest with you.

Can guests pay in advance?

If you want them to. You can ask for an advance on larger pre-orders, paid through a secure Razorpay link. Otherwise guests order ahead and pay at the table as usual.

Who owns the guest data?

You do. Your guest list is yours, and any guest can ask for their data to be deleted by messaging “delete my data”.

How much does it cost?
